haiz. i promised not to cry over sqd matters or anything relating to batch 40 anymore. and i dint do it.

realised that we broke our promise to them a long time ago. broke it a long time ago, only realised it recently.

we promised to be a better squad, not to change but to improve. i never forgot that promise. but yet we dint manage to do what we promised.

We have the worst

Attitude
Bonding
Chemistry (mo qi)
Drills
Endurance

Initiative

Responsibility
Sense of urgency.

and yet they think that we are a good squad.

whY???

maybe their impression of us,
is just a facade.
something that we arent
but something that they never stop to think about.

being direct to us doesnt help at all.
if it was to other squads, maybe they will be sort of 'provoked' to improve and prove them wrong. but for us,
we are just indifferent.
not that we want to be indifferent,
but we've stop caring.

we are a bunch of straws
that no one bothers to pick up.

we dui bu qi ______, dui bu qi everyone who has ever cared about us.

but we wont be able to change
because it's hard to change sqms' attitute.
if they care, they care
if they don't, there's nth we can do about it.
